Howdy Daniel,

With a new package requests, we evaluate if it would be a good fit for
IUS and if it is maintainable with our current resources. We also need
the requester to test the package before we push it into the stable
repos.  I'm looking into the specifics of this package now.

Bug description:
  python-crypto, aka pycrypto in pypi, I need the version greater than
  2.1.1 for salt to use secure_password, the version in cent6 and rhel6
  is 2.1.0 which doesn't have the random_bytes, I need it compiled for
  the 2.6 version and for rhel5 as well
