Thanks for talking with me further about this request offline.  Since
python26-crypto is already in EPEL5, it would probably be easier to
request that maintainer build for EPEL6 as well.  We agreed that EPEL is
probably a better home for this, rather than IUS.

Bug description:
  python-crypto, aka pycrypto in pypi, I need the version greater than
  2.1.1 for salt to use secure_password, the version in cent6 and rhel6
  is 2.1.0 which doesn't have the random_bytes, I need it compiled for
  the 2.6 version and for rhel5 as well
