[Bug 1285050] [NEW] wrong angles for etalon telescopes in INDRA ROOT geometry

Public bug reported:

when using the ROOT geometry for INDRA to filter simulated events,
particles hitting (some, not all) etalon modules have wrong (theta, phi) deduced from GetAnglesFromStoppingDetector.
this will also affect reconstructed data using ROOT geometry.
