[Bug 1346328] [NEW] coherency CsI/Si-Csi - CsI=>IMF, Si-CsI=>Z=1, on prend Z=1??

dans le cas où l'id CsI dit 'au-dessus de la ligne fragment', comment peut-on finir avec
