Public bug reported:
I am having the same issue. as in #1132675.
However, I can plug in the VGA port and get that working correctly, then
when I plug in a second display (HDMI), the HDMI Does not work
correctly.
If I have the HDMI monitor only plugged in, and then plug in the VGA,
the VGA initializes, but the HDMI dissapears.
