Title:
HP DV6 Suspend/Resume Kernel Oops Kernel Paging request

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I was running the system testing tasks. While kernel version 3.8.0-18
worked fine the kernel 3.8.0-19 has many bugs.

Attached is a photo of the output to the screen.

  Behavior expected:
laptop would suspend for 30-60 seconds then resume

  Observed behavior:
laptop does not suspend and screen briefly changes to display kernel bug information. After a few seconds the desktop returns to the state it was before the suspend/resume test was initiated.

Will test latest mainline and report back.
