Bender_212, could you please confirm this issue exists with the latest
development release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ . If the issue remains,
could you please run the following command in the development release
from a Terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal), as it will
automatically gather and attach updated debug information to this
report:

apport-collect -p linux <replace-with-bug-number>

  Installation freezes from the ubuntu 12.04.2 dell n5050

  Ubuntu 12.04.1 kernel 3.2.x works fine. All kernels from 3.3.x does not start. Fedora kernel 3.3 and 3.5 also hangs during startup. Check for the following distributions:
