[Bug 1421530] [NEW] Kernel livepatch infrastructure in Ubuntu Server?

Public bug reported:

It has been announced that the livepatch infrastructure has been merged
to the official Linux kernel tree. This is a system that can patch a
live kernel without the need for a reboot. It will be available on the
3.20 kernel tree.

Are there any thoughts on implementing this on the Ubuntu Server?
