Public bug reported:

After returning from the hibernation ( was hibernated using the command
sudo pm-hibernate), the screen comes out very ugly. Most of the text on
the screen is unreadable due to missing pixels. Even for the newly typed
text ( especially the caharacer 'h'), lot of pixels missing everywhere.

This problem is found everywhere, from newly opened windows to, menus, appswitcher, logout dialogue, everything!
And only way to get back to normal, so far, is to restart
