[Bug 1436705] [NEW] Intel integrated graphics card [8086:1616] works abnormally on 14.04.2

Steps:
1. Install 14.04.2 on L450 or T550.
2. log in system and open a folder.
3. Observe the display of screen.

Expected result:
Screen does not show up visual artifacts

Actual result:
