[Bug 1437096] Re: soundcard not recognised after upgrade

The sound card doesn't work when booting with linux 3.2.0.77generic
(immediately previous available kernel), but it does work just fine when
booting with the one before that, ie linux 3.2.0.75generic.

Title:
  soundcard not recognised after upgrade

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I have an HP Pavillion dv7 and Kubuntu 12.04. I performed update and upgrade of the system and linux-generic, linux-headers, linux-image, linux-libc-dev changed from 3.2.0.77 to 3.2.0.79 version. After that my soundcard is not recognized (obviously I get no sound). I can not find a way to reverse this upgrade.
