Title:
No display after resume from S3 with AMD graphic cards and open-source
driver on 12.04.5
Status in HWE Next Project:
Incomplete
Status in linux-lts-trusty package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
Suspend / resume works fine, just no display after resume from suspend
These systems were certified with proprietary drivers,
but they're not available on 12.04.5, see bug 1352843
AMD Radeon HD 7340 [1002:9808] 201206-11156
AMD Radeon HD 7560D [1002:9904] 201206-11409
AMD Radeon HD 7540D [1002:9991] 201206-11396
Combined with the proprietary driver issue, it will make both of these
two bugs become blockers.
