  failed to build

Status in “bcmwl” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  1. Ubuntu 12.04
  2. Tried installing the following: bcmwl-kernel-source=5.100.82.38+bdcom-0ubuntu6
  3. I read that the current bcmwl-kernel-source has been causing issues with wireless network detection, and this workaround was suggested.
  4. Instead, the following occurred during attempted install through the terminal:

  sudo apt-get install bcmwl-kernel-source=5.100.82.38+bdcom-0ubuntu6
