[Bug 1469556] Re: [MacBookPro11, 1] Suspend doesn't work most of the time
Daniel Burton, the next step is to fully reverse commit bisect from
kernel 3.19 to 4.1 in order to identify the last bad commit, followed
immediately by the first good one. Once this commit has been identified,
then it may be reviewed as a candidate for backporting into your
release. Could you please do this following
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/KernelBisection#How_do_I_reverse_bisect_the_upstream_kernel.3F
?
Please note, finding adjacent kernel versions is not fully commit
bisecting.
Thank you for your understanding.

Title:
[MacBookPro11,1] Suspend doesn't work most of the time
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
My 2015 13" MacBook Pro will not stay suspended most of the time. If
I select Suspend from the menu, most of the the time, my laptop will
suspend for 2-3 seconds, but it immediately resumes again. Sometimes
it will suspend fully, but it will not resume again, no matter what I
do. Pressing any of the keys or power button has no effect. The only
thing I can do is hold down the power button to force a reboot of my
system.
