Title:
  WiFi dies unexpectably

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
It repeats very often. My wifi just dies after some period of time. It can be hours or just 20 mins.
Some time ago the bug was network-manager related, but now I don't see itin my logs. Instead this pops up:
  [71595.192836] iwl3945 0000:03:00.0: BSM uCode verification failed at addr 0x00003800+0 (of 900), is 0xa5a5a5a2, s/b 0xf802020
[71595.192841] iwl3945 0000:03:00.0: Unable to set up bootstrap uCode: -5
[71595.236535] iwl3945 0000:03:00.0: Unable to initialize device after 5 attempts.

Trying to manage my wifi interface on my CLI gives this:
marko@asus:~⟫ sudo iw dev wlan0 scan
  [sudo] password for marko:
command failed: Network is down (-100)
156 marko@asus:~⟫ sudo ip link set wlan0 up
  RTNETLINK answers: Input/output error

Reloading wifi modules make my system slow and only a reboot helps :-(
