Bug description:
  I have noticed that the integrated webcam on my Dell monitor SP2008WFP
  stopped working a few kernels ago (I don't know exactly which one).

  It probably just needs a new quirk added to
  drivers/media/usb/uvc/uvc_driver.c for id 05a9:2641.

  Let me know if you need any more info or testing.
