Bug description:
  This is a new driver for accessing CAPI attach flash.  This will use
  the new in kernel CAPI API in bz 124336.  This provides access to the
  flash using a new "superpipe" mechanism (ie. direct user space access
  to flash) and also via a legacy kernel block driver.
