package linux-image-extra-3.13.0-57-generic 3.13.0-57.95 failed to
install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script
returned error exit status 1
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Just doing a normal update and got errors (hopefully automatically
included). The only thing that comes to mind to mention is that last
update there was a new /etc/default/grub which differed slightly (only
a comment line), otherwise this system normally receives updates
without issue. Thanks.
