Title:
Wifi signals are unstable and drops after sometime in RTL8723BE

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I'm using ubuntu 14.04 on my new laptop from HP( HP pavillion
15-ab032tx). It has got a network card from realtek which seems to be
really buggy as of now. When I'm connected to a network either the
wifi signals are damn low or they just vanish. And at the same time my
other devices captures full wifi signals. Moreover the wifi just ain't
works after suspend. Also I've tried updating the drivers. The current
version of network driver is : rtl8723be. My kernel version is
:3.13.0-65-generic. But nothing changes. Please help me out. Also I'm
not so experienced with ubuntu so kindly tell me everything in details
so that I can follow the commands. Thanks in advance.
