  Dell Venue pro 11 7140 card reader not working.

Bug description:
  128gb card not seen in Ubuntu 15.10.

  Have rebooted system with card fitted and does not appear, have
  removed and refitted card while in desktop. Card reader was usable in
  14.04.3 LTS:
