[Bug 1514027] Re: Receive error [drm:intel_pipe_config_compare [i915]] *ERROR* mismatch in ips_enabled (expected 1, found 0) at boot time.
The bug is indeed fixed in the 4.3 mainline kernel.

Bug description:
Recently upgraded to 15.10, I keep receiving the above error message
at boot time. The trace from journalctl is as follows:

The system is a Haier-7G computer with Intel i3-4010U and only
integrated graphics. I did not use to receive this error message while
I was on kernel 3.19.
