[Bug 1518623] Re: Letters missing in most programs
Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v4.4 kernel[0].
If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following
tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.
If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag:
'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'.
Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as
"Confirmed".
Thanks in advance.

Title:
Letters missing in most programs
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
I thought this bug was fixed in Ubuntu 15.04, but now I am having it.
It is a nasty bug making Ubuntu useless, I must restart (at least this
is how it worked in previous version of Ubuntu) to get my computer
back. I do not know if there is a coincidence, but I started Firefox
and then the bug was triggered.
