  kernel panic on bootup exit code: 0x000000b0 - now I can`t boot

  after upgrade to ubuntu 14.10 on the first bootup I have always
  "Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!" exit code
  0x000000b0 (I`m not sure for the exit code)
