The issue seems to be fixed with the latest Ubuntu 14.04.3 kernel:
$ uname -a
Linux quasar 3.19.0-49-generic #55~14.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jan 22 11:24:31
UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Can someone double check and confirm?

Bug description:
kworker consuming 71.5% cpu resource
ksoftirqd consuming 28.9% cpu resource
It leads to power consumption issue and sometimes leads to BT does not
work.
