Yes, the issue seems to be fixed for me as well with kernal release
3.19.0-49-generic.

Would still upgrade to 14.04.4 once it releases this week.

  kworker consuming 71.5% cpu resource
  ksoftirqd consuming 28.9% cpu resource

  It leads to power consumption issue and sometimes leads to BT does not
  work.
