[Bug 1547235] [NEW] x1250 rs600m graphical corruption

Public bug reported:

Further informations are known by x threads all around the net since 2011 -
there is a problem with the free Radeon-driver and the x1250 rs600m-graphic card!

It does not only affect Ubuntu, it also affects Debian or Mint (which I
prefer to use).

Ubuntu itself has graphical corruptions on the Unity-desktop directly
after installation...simply look all the pics around the net (or into
the attachment). Same corruptions on Ubuntu-games (Teeworld for example)
as in Mint and so on -

it is no Ubuntu- or Mesaproblem, there definately must be a bug or
problem with the free driver in my opinion.

(dear mr Penalver - now you have another report (you can mark as a duplicate...I still do not know how this report here should make any difference to all the existing ones)), for the case that all the reports around the internet since 2011 are not enough. I do not know what a repository-kernel is, I simply installed the daily build of Ubuntu some days ago - if it is REALLY (!) neccessary to try around with any repos-kernel (what I do not believe), pls give me informations how to do that)
