Title:
  Wifi is stuck in Hard blocked: yes and can't use toshiba p50-c-183 FN
  key to unlock it

Status in linux-lts-vivid package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:

  looking at syslog I see a bunch of : 
  toshiba_acpi: Unknown key 158

  nothing on acpi_listen

  switching to willy kernel seems to partly solve the problem

  the fn key seems to toggle the "Soft blocked" attribute. So still no
