Title:
[Hyper-V] patches to allow kdump crash through NMI

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed
Status in linux source package in Xenial:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  Hello,

Please include the below patches into Xenial, previous releases might also require it.
These allow for a crash to be triggered through a NMI call, and for the whole crash process to complete successfully.
Otherwise, the VM might just hang and not write the dump core files.

7268644734f6a300353a4c4ff8bf3e013ba80f89 Drivers: hv: vmbus: Support kexec on ws2012 r2 and above
d81274aae61c0a045cd0f34191c51fa64ba58bc4 Drivers: hv: vmbus: Support handling messages on multiple CPUs

  Thank you!
