I tryed out. Installed Ubuntu new, with ethernet . When i mad "Sudo apt-get dist-upgrade" the problem cames. He updates the Kernel to XXXX.30 . The Wlan interface wasn´t established. 
With the XXXX.29 Kernel there wasn´ any Problems with the Kernel Errors. THe Wlan wasn´t there too, but no Kernel Errors ;) .
