Touchpad doesn't work at all on Dell Inspiron 3451

Bug description:
The touchpad doesn't work in Ubuntu 14.04.1.
The laptop model is DELL Inspiron 3451, using an usb mouse is working
correct.
I followed the validation described in the document https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingTouchpadDetection#generalinfo
to gather the required information to report this issue.
I am attaching a zip file with the following files:
devices
dmesg
Xorg.0.log
