Title:
huion tablet is not recognized anymore in Ubuntu 16.04

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Gaomon 860T tablet was being used normally and also recognized
automatically in Ubuntu 15.10. However, when I did the upgrade to
16.04 it just stopped being recognized. The USB devices show in dmesg
and the tablet also works normally in the dual-boot windows, also the
modules seem to be loaded, the digimend-dkms package is installed, but
the device(s) simply do not show up at all, as if the tablet was not
  plugged in.

  dmesg| grep huion shows this:
  [ 152.462541] usb 2-1.2.1: Manufacturer: HUION
  [ 152.464442] uclogic 0003:256C:006E.0005: hidraw1: USB HID v1.0b Keypad [HUION PenTablet] on usb-0000:00:1d.0-1.2.1/input0
  [ 152.465795] uclogic 0003:256C:006E.0006: hiddev0,hidraw2: USB HID v1.11 Mouse [HUION PenTablet] on usb-0000:00:1d.0-1.2.1/input1
  [ 152.466964] uclogic 0003:256C:006E.0007: hidraw3: USB HID v1.0b Keyboard [HUION PenTablet] on usb-0000:00:1d.0-1.2.1/input2

however, nowhere the devices are being created:
  [19:52] [6904] [patola@ovo patola]% xinput list

Compare with the display of xinput list when the tablet worked (in a
