[Bug 1577792] Re: video not working after resume

Do you have some time to test some kernels? We can bisect down to the
commit that introduced this once we know the last good 4.4 kernel and
the first bad one.

Title:
  video not working after resume

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in linux source package in Xenial:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I suspended my x250. Then plugged it in (overnight). Then unplugged
it. Then opened it. It resumed, but video did not work. I closed
the lid and opened it, a few times. No dice. Then, I pressed the
power button, and the video came back on. I was sitting next to
Leann, Chris, and Brad here at the CDO Sprint.
