Title:
  video not working after resume

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in linux source package in Xenial:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I suspended my x250. Then plugged it in (overnight). Then unplugged
it. Then opened it. It resumed, but video did not work. I closed
the lid and opened it, a few times. No dice. Then, I pressed the
power button, and the video came back on. I was sitting next to
Leann, Chris, and Brad here at the CDO Sprint.
