Title:
linux-firmware is missing intel/ibt-hw-37.8.10-fw-1.10.1.14.d.bseq and
bluetooth isn't pairing devices
Status in linux-firmware package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Hello,
We have problems with the bluetooth of wifi card Intel 7265 N. The d bluetooth isn't pairing devices.
The driver is updated, we check checked kernel.org
But dsmeg shows not find the file bluetooth:
kernel: [ 12.428031] bluetooth hci0: Direct firmware load for intel/ibt-hw-37.8.10-fw-1.10.1.14.d.bseq failed with error -2
kernel: [ 12.428034] Bluetooth: hci0 failed to open Intel firmware file: intel/ibt-hw-37.8.10-fw-1.10.1.14.d.bseq(-2)
This is an Intel 7265 N card, this isn't AC, but this also has bluetooth, and Intel don't indicate compatibility with limitations (Intel does in other models):
http://ark.intel.com/es-es/products/84177/Intel-Dual-Band-Wireless-N-7265
We have tested the same hardware, and same Ubuntu installation, with
the model wifi 7265 AC and bluetooth works, only not works with 7265
N, not pair devices.
Thanks
