Title:
Intel wireless fails to connect after wake from sleep

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Once in a long while when I bring my laptop out of sleep, the wifi
fails to connect. I don't see any obvious issues except that the
kernel log shows that the wifi link is not ready.

When I removed and reinserted iwlwifi, the network came up as
  expected.
