[Bug 1239133] Re: package linux-headers-3.8.0-30-generic 3.8.0-30.44 failed to install/upgrade

dear mr Joseph,

I'm verry sorry but i do not know how to re-instal a package , when i update the system they come automatically, and i do not know how to find a preveous one.
But after this problem i also installed the new ubuntu 13.10 version, hoping that my real problem would go away, that being : my players (totem, vlc) give problems about halfway a movie (any movie/serie) it wil stock for a few seconds and then go on.
I hoped the test i did to get the resolts i send you in the launchpad, would reveal to you what is wrong, so you could help me .
I tried to clean the computer with ubuntu tweak, i tried to update before , now i have this new version 13.10 but still the problem remains.
I also did a system test wch was new after the new version was installed ,but it also reveals nothing in my opinion, i send it trough but where i don't know, i think here but don't know where to find it and i'm getting sick of searching for everything.

Sorry i know it is my shortcomming ,but i'm used to windows. i'm willing
to learn, but even the testing programs can't find it ,how is a dum guy
like me suppose to find it then?

 Greetings Bert
