Kaiser Alexander, could you please test the latest upstream kernel available (not the daily folder, but the one all the way at the bottom) following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds ? It will allow additional upstream developers to examine the issue. Once you've tested the upstream kernel, please comment on which kernel version specifically you tested. If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following tags:
kernel-fixed-upstream
kernel-fixed-upstream-VERSION-NUMBER

where VERSION-NUMBER is the version number of the kernel you tested. For example:
kernel-fixed-upstream-v3.12-rc7

This can be done by clicking on the yellow circle with a black pencil icon next to the word Tags located at the bottom of the bug description. As well, please remove the tag:
needs-upstream-testing

If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the following tags:

Title:
  [MEDION UIM2080] Kernel 3.2.0-53-generic-pae freeze very often after
  update from 3.2.0-52-generic-pae

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  * Kernel 3.2.0-53-generic-pae (inkl non pae) freeze very often after update from 3.2.0-52-generic-pae on all computers (for exapmle Dell D600, Dell D420, Medion UIM2080, Siemens Towers...) 
  * When system freeze no fault messages happends; harddisk led is going of; cpu fan is blowing like bevor crashing; 
  * For simulation see attachment file with skript and infos.
  * The freezing happends mostly after "long" time cpu's = 100% and very much harddisk access to the same time. 
    Only CPU OR harddisk access is not so criticaly for freezing. 
  * In kernel 3.2.0-52-generic-pae or 3.2.0-52-generic or earlyer i hade no problems with freezing like this.
