LAN cannot be connected after wakeup
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
My HP Elitebook 2540p laptop worked fine but in the recent times
sometimes my laptop cannot connect via ethernet after suspend &
wakeup. LED lights are on, there is link. At the same time wifi works.
After reboot it works. I setup network manually from shell by ifconfig
and from Networkmanager as well, but didn't help. I removed and
inserted e1000e and didn't help.
