[Bug 459445] Re: no sound // 3:3:1: cannot set freq 16000 to ep 0x86
I have the same issue in 12.04 LTS 32-bit
(I have sound but when booting i get 4:3:1 cannot set freq16000 to ep 0x86 etc)
I just running the command:
apport-collect -p linux 459445

Bug description:
Binary package hint: pulseaudio
Some time (not always) my system does not have sound until I reboot.
The only thing I have seen are this syslog/dmesg messages every second, even when there is no sound to playback.

Symptoms are:
- no mixer icon in tray bar
- audio players like rhythmbox look as they would play but they dont
- system->preferences->sound only shows message "Waiting for sound system to respond"
