Title:
046a:0010 usb keyboard response is bad
Status in The Linux Kernel:
Confirmed
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
since i installed ubuntu precise beta2 (also did a daily dist-upgrade)
i have some trouble with my usb keyboard.
my keyboard is a cherry smartboard xx44.
key presses are not recognized instantly.
means:
if i click in a terminal and start writing first key hits are ignored.
i often only see a 'udo' 'do' or similar by typing sudo.
thats pretty annoying with passphrases.
i first met a problem with my keyboard using live-cd installer, my
keyboard worked only if i unplugged and replugged it.
that problem is gone, but still very bad response from it.
