[Bug 1165954] Re: LSI 9211-it no drives seen
Trev Peterson, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an
issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest server
release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from
http://releases.ubuntu.com/saucy/ .
If it remains an issue, could you please just make a comment to this.
Also, could you please test the latest upstream kernel via
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.13-rc3-trusty/ and
advise to the results?

LSI 9211-it no drives seen
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
When installing the LSI 9211 (a cross-flashed m1015 running the 9211it firmware) the controller is seen but the drives are not recognized causing no drive to be available to be installed to. This happens in both 12.04.02 and 12.10 installs.
