Bug description:
I have a USB hub with two devices attached: an ethernet card and a
wireless keyboard/mouse receiver. If I plug in or unplug my Galaxy
Nexus phone, it causes the other two devices to disconnect
momentarily. If I plug in or unplug one of the other devices,
everything works fine.
One time, the hub stopped working completely until I rebooted the
computer.
