[Bug 1270107] [NEW] Timer entries in ~/.nvidia-settings-rc are swapped each time the control panel is closed

Public bug reported:

I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 dev with nvidia-settings 331.20-0ubuntu7. The
file ~/.nvidia-settings-rc contains among others such lines:

Timer = Memory_Used_(GPU_0),Yes,3000
Timer = Thermal_Monitor_(GPU_0),Yes,1000
Timer = PowerMizer_Monitor_(GPU_0),Yes,1000

But if the NVIDIA control panel is opened and then closed without changing anything the first and the last lines gets swapped.

** Affects: nvidia-settings (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
