[Bug 1270980] [NEW] [Lenovo ThinkPad X230T] suspend in dock, undock, then resume screen doesn't respond to keyboard

Public bug reported:

This report replicates Bug #1258838 on a slightly different Thinkpad
model.

I have a Thinkpad X230T in an Ultrabase Series 3 docking station. If I
suspend the laptop when it is docked, undock the laptop, and then try to
resume, the keyboard doesn't respond and the mouse cursor does not
appear. To reboot the computer, I pull the battery.

This is a new computer, with Windows 7 installed on the original SATA
drive, and Ubuntu 13.10 on the mSATA drive.

Following the pattern in Bug #1258838, if the DVD drive is ejected from
the Ultrabase so that it is not present before undocking, the suspend
and resume functions normally.

Version.log reads Ubuntu 3.11.0-15.23-generic 3.11.10
