Title:
xubuntu non-primary users are not allowed to suspend
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
I have created multiple users on my laptop after installinx Xubuntu 12.04. When the primary user (created at OS install time) closes the laptop lid, the system goes into suspend mode. When switched to a different user (using lock screen->switch user), this doesn't work - power stays on even though the lid is closed. I expect the system to go into suspend mode when the lid is closed no matter which user is currently logged in.
Might be a regression after fixing https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/970305
