[Bug 1274549] [NEW] Touchpad doesn't work on Fujitsu U574 laptop

Public bug reported:

Touchpad isn't recognized after clean install on Fujitsu U574 laptop.
Running 'cat /proc/bus/input/devices' shows:

Name="ImPS/2 Generic Wheel Mouse"

Added GRUB params as per bug
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1244634:

To /etc/default/grub, add to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT:
i8042.notimeout i8042.nomux

And then:

sudo update-grub && sudo reboot

This solved the issue, touchpad works now. I filed a new bug instead of
jumping on 1244634 because for me on this laptop, no tricks are needed
to have touchpad working after suspend - it works after boot AND after
suspend.

Will link upstream bug once found or created.
