[Bug 1278476] Re: Installer does not start in kvm
It seems that the error message is not the reason why the installer does
not start. I figured out that my working saucy also gives that message
and then starts without problems.
The latest daily build hangs in the black screen a long time but then
starts the installer. Which does not look very fancy (see attachted
screenshot).

Bug description:
I started the iso of trusty alpha2 in kvm and get this error message
on the host:
Could not access KVM kernel module: No such file or directory
failed to initialize KVM: No such file or directory
Back to tcg accelerator.
QEMU 1.0 monitor - type 'help' for more information
(qemu)
and a black screen in the QEMU-Window
I start it with this command:
/usr/bin/kvm -monitor stdio -smp 2 -soundhw es1370 -k de -m 1024
-localtime -hda /opt/kvm/trusty/hd0 -cdrom ubuntu.iso -boot d -net
nic,vlan=0,macaddr=00:e9:77:ff:b7:30 -net
tap,vlan=0,script=no,downscript=no,ifname=tap1
> kvm --version
QEMU emulator version 1.0 (qemu-kvm-1.0), Copyright (c) 2003-2008 Fabrice Bellard
Host is Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
