This commit is made in to firmware mainstream branch. Would that help ?
However I don't see source code, it has put only the firmware files.

Bug description:
  Open this bug to trace device driver RTL8192EE.

  We have seen this wireless card on some laptops, id is [10ec:818b],
  driver is RTL8192EE. The support doesn't show up in mainline or
  wireless-next yet.
