This system can resume from hibernate on 12.04.4 (3.11.0-15) with the
nvidia-331-updates proprietary driver

  [Dell Precision T7600] System failed to resume from hibernate (kernel
  panic)

Bug description:
  CID: 201109-9790 Dell Precision T7600 (12.04.2 LTS / 3.5.0-23-generic)

  Black screen while waking this system from hibernate.
  (Output signal from the system was detected by the monitor, its led turns from idle orange to green, but nothing on it, just a black screen)

  Meanwhile, Keyboard LED only response to NumLock key.

  Later, the system went into kernel panic. (Screenshot attached)
