[Bug 1294144] [NEW] Include support for Broadwell graphics hardware

Public bug reported:

We need to support Broadwell (BDW) graphics in trusty, but some
components are not fresh enough to provide a satisfactory user
experience, most notably the 3.13 kernel and mesa 10.1.

For the kernel the plan is to provide a separate driver module
(i915_bdw) like for Haswell in quantal. The i915 driver in 3.13 is buggy
and lacking features for BDW, so pulling the driver from current drm-
intel-next branch would provide what'll end up in 3.15. The i915 drivers
will be modified so that only i915_bdw loads on BDW machines, and only
there. The driver will get further updates along the way, and possibly
also rebased to a later kernel release.
